Yeah, it's weird drawing this kind of facial expression even for a chibi face when it comes to the character saying "Hiyah!" In addition, this is kinda like an awful first attempt in making an effect in which RS swings her leg to kick the beach ball... The "effects" are inspired from several old manga I read in the past.
Like the title said above, it's a reference to one of those modes on the PS1 version of Tekken 3 which is really fun to play asides from normal Arcade mode and the beat 'em up Tekken Force mode.
[I should get a PS1 system soon in the future in addition to a memory card because I bought a copy of Tekken 3 in the used video game store months ago as it was cheap to get.]
